Understanding Your Estimate

Full service move includes:

Door to door Pick-up and delivery.
Loading and Unloading of your Household goods from the truck.
Disassembling and reassembling of your basic wood and metal furniture only) (Customer is responsible to remove TV’s from wall disconnect appliances and break down custom furniture).
Wrapping and protecting of your wood and metal furniture ONLY with protective padding and blankets. FREE OF CHARGE!!!
All Tolls, Mileage Transportation fees and Fuel are included!
Basic Valuation coverage (required by law @.60 cents per lbs additional full value protection is available.

Additional Charges: (Based on Individual move)

Additional flights of stair $75.00 per flight(First flight 7 steps free).
Long carry $0.25 per each cu.ft.for each 75ft (first 75 ft. free).
Shuttle services (NO ACCESS FOR 53FT TRUCK) Origin or Destination based on total CF between $350.00 minimum up to $750.00.
Packing materials for fragile items that are not disclosed in the original quote will be charged based on the actual packing that is performed.
Bulky Item and or handling fees - (Hot tubs, Motorcycles, Pianos etc please ask rep) $150 and up.
Additional storage will be charged minimum $150.00 or .35 cents per CF.

Full packing services include:

All boxes, tape and material that are needed for the itemized inventory list only! Company will pack China, clothing, TV’s etc…Should you require anything additional charges may apply! Please feel free to revise list add or delete items up to 72 hours prior
to the move only. (Sales reps cannot access your account within the 72 hours).
Terms of your estimate:

Your quote is based on the list of items/inventory that you provided below. Please feel free to call your representative up to 72 hours prior to your pick-up to make any adjustments to the list. (It is highly recommended).
Any additional items or adjustments that you may have on pick-up day that are not listed or were not disclosed on the quote will be charged additional based on the total space (CF) that they will take on the truck. Changes made to the list on the pick-up day
will result in your shipment being re-evaluated and the driver will present you with a new revised binding quote.
The shipper understands that all loose items must be packed in a box. If it fits it ships in box. (Loose items or plastic garbage bags will not be accepted and shipped). Our moving trucks are fully equipped with materials and supplies needed. Available upon
request for an additional charge (UNLESS FULL PACKING IS DISCLOSED IN QUOTE IN ADVANCE).

Payment Terms are as Follows:

20% of the estimate is due upon booking. (Deposits are non-refundable unless canceled in writing via email within 7 days of your move date). Should you cancel within the 7 days the deposit will not be refunded but may only be applied to your future move.
50% of the remaining balance on pick-up is due.
Total balance left over is due on delivery. (Prior to offloading of shipment.)

50% of remaining balance on pick-up can be paid with the following only: Cash, Postal Money orders, Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover only Subject to 4% admin fee). Personal checks will only be accepted if we have enough time for it to clear prior to your delivery. Total balance left over is due on delivery (Postal Money Order or Cash only upon delivery)

General delivery Schedule:

•1-500 miles: delivery 1-7 business days

•501-1499 miles: delivery 2-14 business days

•1501+ miles: delivery 3-21 business days
